Who owns the completed site?

In short, you do! You will retain the copyright on any images or logos that you provide to us for inclusion on your site. At any time you may move your business to another design company without incurring any penalties from us. This does not apply in the event of non-payment of our design fees.

Are there any ongoing costs?

This is dependant on the complexity of your site, and on how much control you want to have over your finished site. Domain name registering and URL forwarding will incur ongoing charges. E-Commerce sites also incur ongoing third-party charges.

It is possible for you to pay us to build and publish your site and then to leave all future updates and license renewing up to yourselves. Additional charges payable to us are only applicable if you need us to continually update your site.

How long will it take?

This, of course, depends on a number of factors - including number of pages on your site, complexity of site, etc. We will agree a timetable to work to before we start on your site, and we will keep to this timetable.

Will I find my site on all the search engines?

Attracting visitors via search engines is a complicated process with no guaranteed success but there are a number of things that can be done to improve performance.

We will tailor your page content to be 'search engine friendly', and will submit your new site to the major search engines as part of your initial design package.

Can I monitor visitors to my site?

A hit counter can be placed on your site so that you can track and monitor users of your site. The features and complexity of the hit counter will depend on your particular needs, and there may be third-party fees for more in-depth visitor analysis services.

How will I maintain my site?

We can do this for you on a regular basis, as and when you instruct us or we can teach you how to update your site by yourself.

We have an hourly rate for any additional updates to your site. Any updates or additions will be done as quickly as we can, and the results will be visible on your site soon after us receiving your update instructions.

And you will give me the best quote?

In accordance with our guarantee of providing you with the best web design quote, if you can provide evidence of a better quote for web design work of the same standard, content, etc, before entering into a design agreement with us, then we will adjust our quote to match or better the cheaper quote.

Can you advise me on e-commerce solutions?

Yes, we can advise on e-commerce and secure on-line payment methods.

What about hosting?

We do offer website hosting ourselves.
